Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg has referred to the Southwest Airlines situation as a “meltdown,” and is “unacceptable.”
On Monday more than seventy (70) percent of Southwest Airlines were canceled.
Southwest CEO Bob Jordan says he is “truly sorry,” and “systems need to be upgraded for these extreme circumstances.”
