Access Unlocked Sunday September 24, 2023 Hip Hop Legends MC Lyte and LL Cool J were honored at the Congressional Black Caucus over the weekend, and President Biden gave a speech.
While addressing the audience, Biden became confused and called LL Cool J, LL Jay Cool J. Then stated, “By the way that boy — that man’s got biceps bigger than my thighs.”
The crowd laughed, and Joe Biden ignored the blunder.
