It was in 1975 when Lavin made her television debut, with a recurring on ‘Barney Miller’ as Rhoda.
Some of the awards that the eighty-seven (87) year old received three (3) Drama Desk Awards, two (2) Golden Globe Awards, two (2) Obie Awards, and a Tony Award.
The actress died in Los Angeles from complications with lung cancer.
