Access Unlocked Tuesday April 18, 2023 After 4 p.m. local time in Lower Manhattan, a parking garage collapsed killing one (1) and injuring five (5) others injured.
The incident occurred at Ann Street near Nassau Street in the Financial District.
New York Mayor Adams has confirmed the building is completely unstable.
Foul play is not being suspected.
