Access Unlocked Tuesday November 28, 2023, The killing of fifteen (15) year-old Devlin J. Ferrell and the stabbing of another student at North Carolina’s Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School gymnasium was caught on tape.
Fourteen (14) year-old Tyquan General Jr. who was seen in the video stabbing Ferrell, has been charged with murder under a juvenile petition and will be more than likely be tried as an adult.
General’s mother stated that prior to the incident, she informed the school that something may happen due to Ferrell threating to assault the minor.
Ferrell’s family insists the incident is a matter of self-defense due to bullying.
