Access Unlocked Friday November 3, 2023 Duane “Keffe D” Davis who was arrested on September 29th in Las Vegas for the murder of Tupac Shakur, has pled not guilty.
Public defenders Robert Arroyo and Charles Cano were appointed by a judge to represent Keffe D.
In 2018 the former gang member claimed he was the last living witness to Shakur’s death.
