Farmers Branch Police Made An Arrest In The Black Friday Murder Case

Access Unlocked Wednesday November 29, 2023 Jose Santiago Chairez 50, has been arrested and booked in a Dallas County jail, in connection with the murder of two (2) sisters and the shooting of his daughter which took place on Black Friday.

The tragedy took place on the 13200 block of Castleton Place in Farmer’s Branch, where Catalina Valdez Andrade, 47, and Merced Andrade Bailon, 43 were both were found shot in the head.  Chairez’s daughter was also shot in the arm at the location.

The bond for Jose Santiago Chairez has been set at more than $2 million.

The police continue to investigate a motive for the shooting and how Chairez knew the sisters.
