Access Unlocked Wednesday July 5, 2023 Eleven (11) people were shot at a block party in Shreveport, Louisiana on the Fourth of July, with four (4) of the victims being killed.
The incident occurred around 11 p.m. local time.
One (1) of the survivors is listed in critical condition.
