Access Unlocked Wednesday July 5, 2023 A shooting has left a seven (7) year-old boy dead, and his grandfather injured.
The incident occurred at the Courtney Campbell Causeway in Tampa, Florida, after an argument broke out over reckless jet skiing, which turned into a shootout.
As the boy and his grandfather attempted to flee the scene in their vehicle, the grandfather shot in the hand, with the young boy fatally struck by a bullet in the head.
The grandfather is listed in stable condition.
Tampa police continue to investigate.
