Access Unlocked Sunday September 10, 2023 Former Dallas Cowboys Wide Receiver Michael Irvin has settled his $100 million defamation lawsuit against an Arizona Marriott. The suit stems from Irvin being accused of inappropriate physical conduct with a female hotel employee, over the Super Bowl weekend.
The former football star denied any wrongdoing, and sued the hotels days after the reported incident.
Marriott, in a statement, said it was pleased Irvin is dismissing his lawsuit with prejudice and without any payment from the hotel.
