Access Unlocked Thursday November 7, 2024 On Wednesday night the city of Richardson has placed more than 17,000 of their residents, on a boil water notice.
The notice has also caused the Thursday closure of Arapaho Classical Magnet, Dover Elementary, Heights Elementary, Richardson West Junior High, and Richardson High School. It is unclear if class with resume on Friday.
The city is offering free bottled water to the impacted residents. The water is available at Heights Recreation Center, which is located at 711 W Arapaho Road.
