Access Unlocked Friday December 27, 2019 Don Imus who was referred to by many as a racist radio host, has died at the age of seventy-nine (79). The host who retired after fifty (50) years of being on the air in 2018, died at Scott and White Medical Center in College Station, Texas.
The cause of death has yet to be released. It was reported, Imus announced on the radio, that he had prostate cancer.
In 2007, Imus gain national attention after referring to Rutgers University’s women basketball team as “rough girls,” and “nappy-headed hos.”
