Access Unlocked Thursday February 16, 2023 Cielo Vista Mall located in El Paso, Texas is now considered a crime scene. This is after shooting erupted killing one (1) person and injuring two (2) others on Wednesday.
The shooting took place near the food court around 5 p.m., after an argument took place.
According to reports, a bystander shot a sixteen (16) year-old suspect in connection with the shooting.
