Access Unlocked Wednesday May 24, 2023 After battling a “long illness,” Anna Mae Bullock who is known to the world as the “Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll” Tina Turner has died at the age of eighty-three (83).
The legendary singer who gained international attention with her multi-platinum album Private Dancer, which feature “What’s Love Got to Do with It”, died peacefully in her Switzerland home.
In 2018 the singer released her memoir My Love Story, which detailed some life-threatening illnesses she suffered. Some of the sickness included a stroke, intestinal cancer and kidney failure.
