Access Unlocked August 20, 2023 Angel Harris has been charged with murder for a double shooting which caused the death of one (1) Dallas woman.
The incident took place Saturday afternoon in the 400 block of Palm Oak Drive.
Both female victims were taken to a local hospital, where thirty-nine (39) year-old Tramaine Gulley died.
