Two Miami-Dade officers charged after slapping handcuffed teen

Access Unlocked Thursday February 28, 2019 In March of 2018, Miami-Dade  Sgt. Manuel Regueiro was caught on home surveillance, slapping handcuffed Bryan Crespo.  Regueiro has now been charged with a misdemeanor battery.

Officer Alex Gonzalez has also been charged with a count of third-degree felony tampering with evidence, and misdemeanor petty theft, after attempting to destroy the surveillance.

Reportedly, Crespo was being arrested for stolen airbags.
