Access Unlocked Thursday September 28, 2017 Southwest Airlines spokesman Chris Mainz apologized for the removal of Anila Daulatzai.
After boarding a flight traveling to Los Angeles, forty-six (46) year-old Daulatzai claimed she had life threatening pet allergies, and requested to have two (2) dogs removed from the airplane.
Daulatzai was unable to produce the appropriate supporting documentation, and she was asked to leave the plane.

The professor has been charged with disorderly conduct, failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order, disturbing the peace, obstructing and hindering a police officer and resisting arrest
The incident took place at the Baltimore-Washington International Airport.
