Southwest Airlines apologies for removing a passenger

Access Unlocked Thursday September 28, 2017  Southwest Airlines spokesman Chris Mainz apologized for the removal of Anila Daulatzai.

Daulatzai was unable to produce the appropriate supporting documentation, and she was asked to leave the plane.

Video was leaked, showing authorities forcible removing Anila Daulatzai.

The professor has been charged with disorderly conduct, failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order, disturbing the peace, obstructing and hindering a police officer and resisting arrest

The incident took place at the Baltimore-Washington International Airport.
