Eggs recalled due to Salmonella

According to reports, approximately thirty-five (35) people have become ill, possibly due to salmonella contamination.  New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Colorado, South Carolina and Virginia are some of the states reporting the illness.

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) estimates of Salmonella causes about 1.2 million illnesses, 23, 000 hospitalizations, and 450 deaths in the United States every year.
